Couldn't be happier with the service I received! They handled my situation with so much care and professionalism from start to finish. It wasn't just about fixing a problem — they genuinely helped restore something that meant a lot to me, and that peace of mind is priceless. The team was patient, trustworthy, and clearly cares about doing right by their customers, not just getting the job done. In particular, Michael Sorrentino stayed involved and on top of my claim from start to finish with an outcome I didn't expect. I was impressed with his caring and truly making the customer feel heard and seen. Highly recommend, and I'll definitely be back if I ever need their help again!

I could not be more pleased with the service I have received here. Marisa is outstanding. All the work was performed as spec’d out. My car was clean and charged. I have a Tesla so I was concerned with cameras and technology that is built into the car. I had no issues. What else can I say? I will definitely would recommend them.

Got rear ended so wanted a estimate from bmw went on a Saturday spoke with Juan who assured me I would receive said estimate before they close at 12 left fast forward we are here Tuesday no answer and every time I call the dealership get a generic answers and I have never received said estimate. If you can’t do something or can’t follow through don’t lie and continue lying if I could would give zero stars

I came into Holman Collision BMW and Vinny was amazing from the beginning. He walked me through the entire process and called me with every single update. My car looks brand new and I am very satisfied with the service this center provided. I bought 2 cars with this dealership as well and had an excellent experience. I couldn’t recommend Holman enough.

The team at Holman Collision Center was friendly, kind, and professional. I brought my car in right before closing after an accident, and Leslie was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Vinnie was our main point of contact, kept us updated, worked directly with my insurance, and made the entire process easy. The repairs were completed in a timely manner, and overall it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
